Welcome to Sub Station Studio. Based in Rosyth, Fife, only 14 miles from the heart of Edinburgh, offering 5 fully equipped rehearsal rooms, a larger rehearsal room available to professional bands, and a custom built recording studio capable of meeting all your analogue and digital requirements. We are committed to providing you with innovative, efficient, high quality products and services.

Nazareth have been in for a week recording the title track for this years downhill world ski championship in Austria
It was an awsome session.

Cian Ciaran has just finished recording the tracks for his new record with us.We had a fabulously creative two weeks in the studio with Cian.We recorded 16 tracks in total and we look forward to its release later this year!!!!! sounds great!.....

FYJO
Substation have just completed recording and mixing the latest jazz offering from FYJO.It was recorded on location @ Lochgelly Centre and mixed at the Substation.
It is on sale now from Lochgelly Centre.

Bringing people and music together
RECORDING STUDIO IN FIFE
We organize regular projects in association with local schools, Fife Council, the Scottish Arts Council and SKY to give kids a chance to have a different kind of educational experience. As well as getting to try out different ideas in a recording studio, we document the process which is then made into a DVD.

DUNFERMLINE HIGH
WE RECENTLY HELD A RECORDING WORKSHOP WITH FOR THE 4TH YEAR MUSIC CLASS.THEY CAME DOWN TO THE STUDIO AND GOT AN INSIGHT INTO RECORDING AND THEN RECORDED A COUPLE OF TRACKS WITH US.
